I believe that living intentionally, authentically and intuitively is one of the greatest ways to live a confident, abundantly blessed life. The practice of Intention supports us to unite with the universal filed of energy~ a creative loving source that individuals can access to co-create their lives and to navigate these ever changing times.
In this 8 week class, we will use the book the technology of intention to activate the power of the Universe within us. We will incorporate weekly intention setting, as well as meditation, affirmative prayer and weekly journal prompts to support this powerful way of living and being intentional with our choices words thoughts and actions.
